Fitz at Vertu SEAT Derby is an absolute superstar. A real gentleman. He made the sales process an enjoyable one. Not the usual hard sell theatrical performance. Everything was explained and copies provided for reference. I was given such a great deal on part exchange it would have been rude to refuse. He even went out of his way to open up early to allow me to collect my car at the weekend. Thoroughly impressed.
